If you are an author of a paper, please use the same login that you had for your submission. Otherwise, you can use an existing account or create a new EasyChair account for free.

Registrations will remain open until 11:59 PM on November 20, 2025, in the last time zone globally.

The registration fees for the conference are as follows:

• Regular - high & upper-middle income countries (€100)
• Regular - low & lower-middle income countries (€70)
• Regular - online (€30)
• Student - high & upper-middle income countries (€50)
• Student - low & lower-middle income countries (€35)
• Student - online (free)

There is an optional conference dinner (11 December) that can be added during registration for €90.
